Shaii Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Shaii, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our bot.

2. Description of Service

Shaii is a private Discord music bot that allows users to play music, search for song lyrics, and much more. Shaii is only available on Hyperion Foundation Discord server.

3. Use of the Bot

• 3.1. You agree to use the bot only for its intended purposes of music playback and related features.
• 3.2. You will not attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the limitations of the bot.
• 3.3. You agree not to use the bot to play or distribute copyrighted material without proper authorization.
• 3.4. The bot may have limitations on playback duration, playlist size, or other features. These limitations must be respected.

4. User Responsibilities

• 4.1. You agree not to use Shaii services for the purposes of creating content such as making videos, live broadcasts, etc.
• 4.2. You agree not to use Shaii services to play songs that are negative or NSFW (Not safe for work).

5. Data Collection and Privacy

• 5.1. We may collect data such as Discord UID (User Identification), Discord username, song play history and bot command usage.
• 5.2. Your data is used to improve bot functionality, improve bot security measurements, and provide features.
• 5.3. We do not sell your personal data with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

• 6.1. The bot does not claim ownership of any music or lyrics played or displayed through its services.
• 6.2. Users are responsible for respecting the copyright and intellectual property rights of music creators and publishers.

7. Limitations of Liability

• 7.1. Shaii is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranty.
• 7.2. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement that may occur through the use of our bot. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to play or share any music or lyrics.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
